The beautifully furnished & well-appointed main house, with a total capacity of 15 Guests, has a large fully equipped kitchen & pantry on the main floor, as well as a second kitchen on the lower ground floor.
There is a large central lounge & sea facing sun-room with sliding windows. Additionally, an expansive covered stoep runs the length of the house, and has a dining table for 10-12, and comfortable benches, chairs and a daybed.
A small garden area has steps down onto the beach of the lagoon.

GROUND FLOOR: - On the upper ground floor are 2 sea-facing bedrooms, main with King size bed and en-suite bath & shower, and a third studio bedroom with 1 single bed, and without dedicated bathroom.

THE LOFT: - There are 2 large timber-clad bedrooms, each with 3 single beds in the loft with shared toilet & bathroom with shower. These are available to rent as separate units, and may have use of the main kitchen on request.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR - 3 double guest rooms:
Owl's Nest: Double room with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom & shower, and private access to outdoor covered patio
Seagull's Nest: Double bedded room, ensuite bath & shower, with communal access to outdoor covered patio
Robin's Nest: Double room with 2 single beds, separate bathroom with shower & private access to outdoor covered patio

All three lower ground floor rooms are inter-leading and ideal as a whole for a family of six, but are also available as separate units.They extend onto a spacious covered patio at the water's edge, with a daybed and a large dining table for 10 to 12 seated guests.
The Second Kitchen on the lower ground floor, for the use of the 3 lower ground floor rooms, has a fridge/freezer + ice maker, second fridge for wine and beverages, 4 plate gas hob & extractor, microwave, double stainless steel sink and dish washer. Ample counter and cupboard space available. There is also a Webber Braai available for the use of these rooms.
